From initial contact via email, the response from the dealership was first class. I was interested in a car that was immediately available and was able to take delivery within just a few days ( including a registration transfer). Totally efficient!

Not completely satisfied as I did not get a courtesy car, as a 77 year old with many health issues a l had to settle for a lift to the bus station to get back to Arbroath.

I did not receive an email or text for the self-service check-in facility prior to the scheduled appointment. The service booking confirmation email stated I would receive this. This is the second time I have experienced this.
