It was a very positive experience. Lee Finnegan was extremely helpful throughout the process. I never had to chase Lee for a response - he always kept me up to date. When we collected our new car, Lee was very helpful and informative.

15 minutes before I was due to collect my car (after travelling for over an hour) I received a phone call to say that there was a system error and I would not be able to collect my car at the agreed time (more below)

Outstanding customer service. Lee did everything he could to explain every aspect of the purchase of our car, no questions went unanswered. The whole process was seamless, transparent and efficient. During sales and after sales service was 5 star!
